Locked out of your account because you lost your 2FA (two-factor authentication)? Take a breath: you haven't lost anything. A staff Game Master (GM) can reset your 2FA and hand your access back in just a few minutes. This guide shows you exactly who to contact, what info you'll need, and how to do it safely so nobody else can get into your account.

Contact a GM to request the reset

Only a staff member can reset your 2FA. To confirm the account is really yours, the GM will send a verification code to the email linked to your web account. That code is your proof of ownership.

  1. Contact a GM and give them the email address tied to your web account.
  2. When the GM asks for it, check your inbox and send them the code you received. Remember the code is valid for a maximum of 30 minutes.
  3. The GM performs the reset and lets you know when you're clear to log back in.
