Install DirectX 9.0c before you play

At a minimum you need DirectX 9.0c installed to play Silkroad Online. If the game throws video errors or simply won't launch when you open it, make sure this version (or higher) is installed on your Windows. It's the requirement that fixes the most startup problems.
