When something gets stuck—your account won't work, a payment didn't go through, you lost an item, or you found a bug—don't shout it into the void of chat: open a support ticket. It's the official, direct channel to the GMs (Game Masters) of Silkroad Latino, it stays on record, and it guarantees that a real human on the staff reads your case and replies. In this guide we'll walk you through it, from the website all the way to the GM's response.

Head to the Support section

Open the server's official website. Scroll down to the footer and, under the "Account" section, click "Support (Tickets)".

From here you can manage all your tickets—open, in progress, or closed—and create new requests. It's your support control panel.

Support (Tickets) panel: this is where all your requests are listed along with their status.

Create your new ticket

  1. Click "New Ticket".
  2. Pick the category that best fits your question. Read the description of each one: choosing the right category sends your ticket to the right GM and makes support much faster.
  3. Fill in the title briefly and clearly, and use the description field to explain the problem in as much detail as possible. If it helps, paste links to images or videos.
  4. Click "Create Ticket", at the bottom right of the form.
Pick the ticket category based on the type of question: it's the key step for fast support.
Ticket form: short title on top, detailed description below.
The "Create Ticket" button at the end of the form confirms and sends your request.

Done! Your request is created, and a GM will be assigned shortly to get back to you.

Where the GM's reply lands

The GM's reply shows up as a notification in the website's Message Inbox.
