Topped up your balance on the website, or did a reseller hand you an e-pin and you have no idea how to activate it? Silks (Credits) are the currency you use to buy items from the Item Mall (mounts, pets, avatars, premium, chests and more), and Skill Points (SP) are what you need to level up your skills without grinding them out by hand. This guide gives you the complete step-by-step to buy them and, more importantly, to credit them correctly to your account and your character.

Log in to your account

  1. Go to https://silkroadlatino.com/ and log in with your username.
  2. Click the My Account option.

Buy your Silk or Skill Points E-Pins

If you already have balance loaded on the website and want to turn it into Silk (Credits) or Skill Points (SP), follow these steps. If instead a reseller sent you the e-pins, skip straight to the crediting section.

  1. Click the Buy E-Pins option.
  2. The store opens: build your cart by choosing between Silk and Skill Points.
  3. Select the amount you want and click Add.
  4. When you're done choosing, click the Buy button.
  5. Done! Your e-pins are purchased.

Credit the Credits (Silks) to your account

Whether you bought the e-pins yourself or a reseller sent them to you, here's how you turn them into Credits (Silks) ready to spend. Remember: Silks are tied to the account, not to a character.

  1. Click Game Accounts.
  2. Choose which of your game accounts you want to credit the Silk to.
  3. Click the Recharge Credits (Silks) option.
  4. Select the e-pin to credit.
  5. Enter your authentication code (2FA).
  6. Click Redeem.
  7. Congratulations! Your Silks are now available to use in the game.

Credit the Skill Points (SP) to your character

Unlike Silks, Skill Points (SP) are credited directly to a character, not to the account. Choose the character carefully, because they stay on that one.

  1. Click Game Accounts.
  2. Choose the game account where the character you want to load the SP onto lives.
  3. Click the character's name.
  4. Choose the Credit skill points e-pin option.
  5. Select the e-pin to credit.
  6. Enter your authentication code (2FA).
  7. Click Redeem.
  8. You did it! The Skill Points are now credited to your character.
