How to Change Your Game Password

Your game account is the chest that holds hours of farming, your character, and all your progress. Changing your password every so often — or the moment you suspect someone has seen it — is the simplest way to keep it under lock and key. Here we'll show you how to do it from the web panel in just a few minutes, confirming the change with your Google Authenticator (2FA) so the change is 100% yours and no one else's.

Step 1: Log in to your account panel

1. 1Go to https://silkroadlatino.com/
2. 2Log in with your web username and password.
3. 3Open the My Account option.

Step 2: Choose the game account

1. 1In the game accounts panel, select the specific account whose password you want to change.
2. 2At the bottom of the dropdown menu that opens, click Change password.

Step 3: Confirm the new password with 2FA

1. 1Type and confirm your new game password for that account.
2. 2On your phone, open the Google Authenticator app (the one you set up in the Account Creation and Migration guide).
3. 3The Authenticator will show you a security code: copy it into the website.
4. 4Press the Change button.
