Your secret answer is the master key to your Silkroad Latino account: without it, you can't change your email, recover your password, or change it. If you forgot it or lost it, you're locked out of any security action. The good news: the support team can give it back to you. In this guide we'll show you, step by step, how to request recovery and how long it takes.
What information you need to send
To recover your secret answer, you need to send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- ID: the username you log in with.
- Char name.
- An in-game photo of your char with the current date typed in the all chat like this:

Which email to send it from
Send the email from the same email linked to the account. If you don't have a linked email, make that clear in the message and attach the char photo as proof.

Secret answers are sent within a maximum of 48 to 72 hours. Be patient and don't resend the email several times: that won't speed up the process.
