Managing your items well is the difference between farming in peace and dying while you fumble for a potion at the worst possible moment. In this guide you'll master the full inventory loop in Silkroad Latino: picking up loot that monsters drop, buying and selling with NPCs, repairing your gear before it breaks and, most importantly, setting up the quick bar to fire off potions and skills with a single key in the heat of battle.

Pick up the loot monsters drop

Every time you kill a monster, it leaves items and gold on the ground. Grabbing them is the first thing you'll do thousands of times, so it pays to automate it.

  1. Click the item on the ground, press the G key, or turn on the auto-pickup action from the actions menu so your character grabs loot on its own while you hunt.
  2. Press the Z key to instantly see what items are lying nearby so you don't leave anything valuable behind.

Buy items from NPCs

Vendor NPCs stock everything monsters don't drop: potions, arrows, basic gear and more. Here's the flow to keep yourself supplied.

  1. Click the vendor NPC to open the trade window.
  2. Click the item you want to buy, then click to place it in your inventory.
  3. For stackable items (potions, arrows), you'll be asked for the quantity of units you want to buy.
  4. To buy instantly, use Ctrl + click: you buy the minimum quantity of the item with no windows in the way.

Sell what you don't need (and get it back if you regret it)

Selling loot you don't use is your main source of gold. And if you sell something by mistake, the buyback panel gives you a second chance… with limits.

  1. Click the NPC to open the trade window.
  2. Click the item you want to sell, then click to place it in the NPC's window.
  3. A window pops up asking for confirmation; once you accept, the sale is done.
  4. The sold item stays in the buyback panel, which holds a maximum of 5 items. If you sell a sixth, the oldest one drops off in order.
  5. To buy it back, drag the item back into your inventory. The buyback price equals the sale price, with no surcharge.
  6. To sell instantly, use Ctrl + click.

Repair your gear before it breaks

Your gear loses durability with use: ignore it and a broken weapon or armor stops giving you stats. Stop by the blacksmith / weapon vendor often to keep it in top shape.

  1. Click the NPC (blacksmith or weapon vendor) to open the repair window.
  2. Click the Repair button to choose the item you want to fix.
  3. Before confirming, you'll see the repair price.
  4. To fix all your gear at once, use Repair All.

Set up the quick bar so you never die to slow reflexes

The quick bar is your combat dashboard: it lets you fire off potions, items and skills with a single key, without opening your inventory. Set up right, it's what keeps you alive when a fight gets rough.

  1. Drag and drop the items and skills you'll use into whatever slot you want on the quick bar.
  2. To fire them in combat, press the quick keys 1 to 0 matching each slot.
  3. Switch between the bar's different sets with F1 to F4.
